RETURN POLICY / INSTRUCTIONS
STGB is happy to accept tagged, clean, unworn, odor-free and pet hair-free merchandise for return within 14 days of in-store purchase or delivery.
Returns must be initiated by emailing STGB at csforstgb@gmail.com. Just include the sku number and item to be returned along with a brief reason why. STGB will then email you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and return instructions. Place the RA# on the outside of your package. Packages returned without RA#s will not be accepted.
Items that do not meet return standards cannot be accepted.
STGB can not pay for return shipping.
If the return deadline is missed, but the merchandise is within a 30 day time frame from your delivery date or in-store purchase, a store credit can be issued. We must receive the merchandise within 30 days.
Please note: No item will be accepted for return of any type after 30 days from the date of purchase.
