RETURN POLICY / INSTRUCTIONS

STGB is happy to accept tagged, clean, unworn, odor-free and pet hair-free merchandise for return within 30 days of in-store purchase or delivery. Items received within 14 days of purchase will be eligible will receive a refund.  Items received within 15-30 days of purchase are eligible for a store credit.

Returns must be initiated by emailing STGB at smalltowngirlboutique814@gmail.com.

Please include the Item number and description of the item to be returned along with a brief reason why.  

Items that do not meet return standards cannot be accepted.

STGB is not responsible for the cost of shipping for returned items.

Please note:  No item will be accepted for return of any type after 30 days from the date of purchase.

STGB is not responsible for packages that show as delivered that are left outside your door, with a neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order.
