RETURN POLICY / INSTRUCTIONS
We always want you to love your stuff, but occasionally it doesn't work out! STGB is happy to accept tagged, clean, unworn, odor-free and pet hair-free merchandise for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
If you are local, please bring your item to the store. Items for return within our condition guidelines and timeframe will receive a refund to original method of payment.
If you have an online return, please initiate your return by emailing STGB at csforstgb@gmail.com and state the sku number, and item to be returned along with a brief reason why. We will then email you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and return instructions. Place the R.A.N. on the outside of your package. Packages returned without R.A.N. will not be accepted.
Items that do not meet return standards cannot be accepted.
We do not pay for return shipping.
If the return deadline is missed, but the merchandise is within a 30 day time frame from your delivery date, a store credit or exchange can be issued. Please email for this information.
Please note: No item can be accepted for return of any type after 30 days from the date of purchase.

STGB is not responsible for packages that show as delivered that are left outside your door, with a concierge or neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order.
